Welcome to Jeff Card Photography LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, including viewing, downloading, or sharing photo collections hosted on our platform, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. 1. Use of Photo Collections
Access Rights: Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view their photo collections for personal use only.
Download & Sharing: Downloading and sharing of photos is permitted only through the tools provided on our website. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Copyright: All images remain the intellectual property of Jeff Card Photography LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not claim ownership or authorship of any image.
2. Account & Security
Account Creation: To access your photo collection, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Unauthorized Access: You agree not to access or attempt to access any photo collections that are not assigned to you.
3. Image Hosting & Availability
Hosting Period: Photo collections will be hosted on our website for a minimum of 1 year from the delivery date. After this period, we reserve the right to archive or remove collections.
Backup Responsibility: Customers are responsible for downloading and backing up their images. Jeff Card Photography LLC is not liable for data loss after the hosting period.
4. Privacy & Data Use
Personal Information: We collect and use personal information in accordance with our privacy practices and applicable data protection laws.
Photo Privacy: Your photo collections are private and accessible only to you and those you authorize. We do not share or publish your images without your consent.
5. Payment & Refunds
Payment Terms: All services are subject to payment as outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
Refund Policy: Due to the custom nature of photography services, refunds are not typically offered once services have been rendered. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability
Jeff Card Photography LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
